How to Create Customers and Suppliers in Aronium POS?

Creating customers and suppliers in Aronium is pretty simple, all you need is a name for your customer and you will be able make credit sales for the customer, track sales for that customer and define specific discounts.

How to create a customer?

Open Arnonium and go to Menu.

Next, go to Management.

Click on Customer & suppliers.

There is a default customer created by the system which is called Unknown. Click on the Add button to create new customers.

Add new customer window will open.

There are many fields, but only the name of the customer is required. You can fill in all the field if your business requires so.

I have created a customer with the details shown below.

There are two options that need to be addressed. 

Active:

If this options is checked, you can make transactions to customer's account. Otherwise, it won't appear in your customers' list nor can you make any transactions with it.

Customer:

When this option is checked, it means the account just created is a customer account.

How to create a supplier?

Aronium currently doesn't have a separate menu for creating suppliers. To create a supplier, you just have to uncheck the customer option in add new customer page. It seems confusing, but the system can differentiate among customers and suppliers. Whenever you feel confused just go to the person's account and you will find out if he's a customer or a supplier.
